YOU ARE HERE follows Bobby, a fifty-something single gay man, and his tight-knit circle of friends navigating life, friendship, sex, and the horrors of dating after 50. The day begins with an impulsive hookup with the sexy, very married Mac, which Bobby immediately regrets. And overthinks. As the day unfolds, Bobby and friends Jackie, Sue and Liam wrestle with finances, stalled relationships, aging parents and the chaos of midlife maintenance. When Mac reappears and Sue announces her first date in decades, Bobby is left taking stock of whether connection and change, however messy, is somehow less terrifying than the status quo.
